All orders are shipped from Dianella WA (6059) with Australia Post  or Aramex  Couriers. All shipping times are estimates only. For up to date shipping times, please visit the Australia Post website.

Express shipping can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact us if you require expedited delivery.

Once payment has been received, we will process your order within 48 hours, except on weekends and holidays. A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you with details of your shipment. This will allow you to track the status of your shipment online .

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS:

In the event your order is returned to us as undelivered, unclaimed or refused, we will contact you via phone or email to try and correct the problem. You may be required to pay additional shipping costs if redelivery is required.

 

DELAYS AND STOLEN ITEMS:

Smokey Joes Rubs is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the postal system, nor are we responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once delivered. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer’s address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing, stolen or damaged goods with Australia Post or the relevant carrier. We send all orders “signature required”. If undelivered, or someone isn’t home to receive the package, it will be taken to your nearest Post Office for collection. If the item is not collected within 3 business days, as it is a perishable item, we can not guarantee the quality of the product or be held responsible for any damage to the product.

If “safe drop” is selected as the delivery method, the package is now the responsibility of the customer once left at the delivery premises. If the item is stolen or damaged it can not be replaced or refunded. If the safe drop option is selected, it is at your own risk.

If the item is delivered to a PO Box, as the item is perishable, we can not be held responsible for quality issues if the item is not collected within 3 business days.
