Sticky, sweet, spicy, a little char for crispy bits and 100% finger licking delicious wings, well, I think so anyways 😜
I dusted 2kgs of mt barker chicken chicken wings in a blend of @smokeyjoesrubs honey Hog and garlic butter rubs.
The basting sauce was a mix of
1-2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon ketjap manis
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
I heated this in a small saucepan and simmered for a few minutes.
Cooked hot n fast in my @chargrilleraustralia double play in indirect heat. I glazed wings the 15 minutes prior to the end of the cook and garnished with fresh chives, sesame seeds and a drizzle of my favourite sticky chilli ginger sauce.
These wings definitely made the taste buds sing 🎶🎙
